United Sports USA Managing Director, Fraser Gibson, completed a soccer scholarship at Northern Illinois University graduating with a B.Sc in Mass Communications. NIU were MAC Tournament Finalists losing out to 2010 National Champions Akron University. Fraser was named two times All-Conference First Team and honoured twice as Conference Player of the Week. After success and amazing four years at NIU Fraser founded United Sports USA to help youn athletes to get their game to the next level.
Recently NIU had a major investment improving campus facilities. The project is called Master Plan and puts in motion major improvement of several athletic facilities including Soccer and Track and Field complex. It also outlines major improvements to huskies’ American Football stadium. The improvements should propel the NIU athletics to the next level and attract many young athletes considering the university as their home for the next four years. Hence, we can expect the team to do even better in the years to come.
